Camp Exposure Returns to Dallas

Camp Exposure, a free three-day football training intensive for under-represented high school athletes returns for its fourth year July 16 - 18th at Highland Park High School. Powered by Vista Bank, the multi-day experience will invite elite players from Oak Cliff and South Dallas area schools, to a day of “exposure” for athletic skills training (similar to the NFL Regional Combine drills). In addition to personal and professional instruction by collegiate and NFL coaches such as Josh Hicks (Ezekiel Elliot and Melvin Gordon’s trainer), David Robinson (NFL Wide Receiver Trainer), Chris Harris, DeVante Kincade and others, players and their families will hear from area executives to help them elevate both on and off the field.

“Camp Exposure is specifically an opportunity for high school football players with next-level (Division One / NFL) talent who reside in the Oak Cliff/South Dallas region, as well as the DFW metroplex at-large,” said Camp Exposure Co-Founders, Lubbock Smith III, Jeremiah Hatch and Tyler Patmon. “The experience gives them a platform to enhance their football talents, get recognition from scouts, cultivate their life skills, and develop their character as young men.”

Targeting under-represented, Dallas-area high school football athletes, Camp Exposure will provide on and off-the-field instruction over the course of three days, in order to amplify the skills of Dallas’ top elite players in front of collegiate decision-makers.  Courtesy photo

Camp Exposure has strategically partnered with title sponsor Vista Bank and host Highland Park High School, in order to further initiatives and opportunities for the athletes and both communities.

Camp Exposure athletes will kick up the intensity for three days of sessions featuring skills training by DeVante Harris, Steven Terrell, Aca'Cedric Ware, Cyrus Gray, and Bradley McDougald, intimate discussions on the business of football, mental health protection, financial literacy training by the experts at Vista Bank, and personal and spiritual inspiration from Camp Exposure leaders. While Friday and Saturday are by invitation only, Sunday is open to the public free of charge with festivities and fun provided for families who register in advance on Eventbrite, while space is available. The camp will conclude Sunday afternoon with a much anticipated, highly energetic, 7-on-7 Football Tournament at Highlander Stadium.
