Black Media Mixer Coming to Dallas
JENIRO PR, a Dallas-based boutique public relations firm, has teamed up with media correspondents and business owners across the state to produce an innovative Black Media Mixer tour hitting three major Texas cities as they prepare to take the event on a national tour.
On Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Springville Event Center 888 S Greenville Ave. in Richardson, TX, the Black Media Mixer aims to ignite representation for Black owned businesses and creatives with key media personnel to engage topics which highlight black businesses and media. The purpose of this event is to shine light on and open doors for Black media and Black businesses within the state and nation — creating a space where Black media meets Black business for stories to be told to control the narrative.
Special invited guests include WFAA Day Break Producer Alan Kirkland; 97.9 the Beat Radio Personality Lil’ D; The New Hot93.3 Radio Personality JJ on Air; TV/Film Executive KC Fox; The Dallas Weekly Newspaper COO Jess Washington; Hype Hair Magazine Digital Editor Stephenetta (Isis) Harmon; Black Texas Magazine Publisher & Editor-in-Chief Nick Bailey; K104 & KRNB Radio Personality Nina the MC; and NBC News Morning News Anchor Keisha Burns. The event will be moderated and hosted by local Dallas media representatives. A reception space will be held for open bar, food and refreshments, and sponsored product swag from local and national brands for all guests.
