Fashionably Austin with Jasmine Dean

Springtime in Austin is almost always a shuffled playlist with the weather; sunny skies on one day, torrential rain the next, followed by a mix of sweltering heat and a cold front. But that hasn’t kept women from slaying the streets even on their casual days. Although the city is full of gorgeous women, one in particular caught my eye this week as I was making my way to brunch.

Where did you grow up?
I was born in Houston, but my family moved up to Dallas shortly after, so that’s where I really grew up.

Where do you live now?
I’ve been in Austin for about three years now. It’s a pretty cool place.

What’s your sign?
I’m a Taurus.

What’s your soundtrack to life right now?
Right now, I’m loving Cardi B’s album, but Nonstop [by Drake] is my jam.

Who inspires your style?
Most of the time, I just grab whatever’s comfortable for the weather that day. I just like to go with the flow most days.

What do you aspire to be?
I’m actually a flight attendant right now, so I get to travel a lot, but one day I think I’d like to become a chef.
