Fashion For Good Debuting in San Antonio

Matt Swinney, leading Texas producer and founder of Fashion X, has expanded his brand to the Alamo City for the launch of the first ever Fashion For Good runway shows. The two night fashion event is taking place on September 26 – 27 and will be held at the McNay Art Museum

Fashion For Good is reinventing the fashion industry with their dedication to social responsibility by spotlighting designs inspired by sustainable and ethical fashion including emerging designers, runway inclusion, and accessibility while giving back to the community.

Runway events will include traditional models intermixed with models of all ages, sizes, ethnicities, genders and abilities. Featured labels and designers are socially responsible and work to minimize their footprint on the world. Fashion for Good provides a platform for up-and-coming designers while giving back to nonprofit organizations at every event - donating a portion of proceeds from each ticket sale.

“We are working to redefine the conversation around the fashion industry, and we are so excited to bring that message to the San Antonio fashion community this fall,” said Matt Swinney, CEO and Producer of Fashion For Good. “We will have important discussions around sustainable and ethical brands and celebrate diversity with runway shows that will feature models of all kinds as well as designers that are using fashion as a force for good.”
