Weather you’re avoiding trick-or-treating with the nieces and nephews, strolling through a fall festival or just being a seasonal sad boi, these cocktails are just the thing to enhance the mood.
Hudson Valley Cooler
The spicy rye with a hint of natural, earthly maple sweetness in Hudson Whiskey’s Maple Cask Rye perfectly complements the maple syrup and apple cider in this fall cocktail.
Ingredients
2 parts Hudson Maple Cask Rye
½ part fresh lemon juice
¼ part real maple syrup
2 parts fresh apple cider
Apple slices for garnish
Instructions
Add lemon juice, maple syrup, and Maple Cask Rye to a shaker with ice.
Shake briefly to combine and chill.
Strain over fresh ice cubes into a rocks glass.
Top with apple cider.
Stir to combine and garnish with apple slices.
Fall Bellini
Enjoy this fall favorite made with Reyka Vodka, which hails from Iceland and even uses lava rocks as a natural filtration system to create a silky smooth finish.
Ingredients
1 part Reyka Vodka
¾ part spiced syrup*
8-10 parts sparkling champagne
Instructions
Add ingredients to flute and garnish with Baby’s Breath.
*Spiced Syrup:
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
½ tsp ground black pepper
10 cloves
1 cinnamon stick 2 ½ in
1 star anise
1 peel from an orange.
Instructions
Bring ingredients to a boil in a pot.
Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Fine strain and bottle.

Ingredients
1 ¼ part Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey
1 part Campari
1 part Sweet vermouth
Garnish: 1 Bloodied Eyeball - Made using a Lychee, a blueberry and fruit preserves which create the veins.
Instructions
Pour liquid ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until chilled. Strain into glass.
Garnish.
Mischief Night
Have a mischievous Halloween with this spooky cocktail featuring the special blend of Caribbean rum, natural spices and flavors of Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
Ingredients
2 parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
½ part fresh lemon juice
1 part Grade-A Vermont maple syrup
1 ½ parts fresh orange juice
Seasonal pilsner (to taste)
Instructions
Build ingredients in empty shaker, add ice.
Shake and strain into chilled pint glass or desired beer mug (no ice).
Top with a seasonal pilsner of your choosing.
