5 Healthy Water Infusion recipes

Water is one of your body’s most basic needs, but all too often it goes overlooked in the household, only to be replaced with artificial juices and sodas. High fructose corn syrup is not the answer, and we cannot survive on coffee alone. Add some flavor and healthy hydration to your household routine with these tasty mixes for water.
